IV Fairgrounds at 200 East 2nd Street in Imperial, California, is the home of the California Mid-Winter Fair and rents its buildings for private and public events. One rentable building covers 17,670 square feet and converts from a concert to a banquet to a trade show; it seats 700 at tables or 1,000 theater style, rents for $1,000 on weekdays and $1,250 on weekends, and has a floor plan on its rental page. Eight 10-ton HVAC units cool the room, and a large adjacent parking lot gives easy access. Casa de Mañana and Plaza de las Culturas are among the other facilities on the grounds.
