UCLA Conferences & Catering plans meetings, conferences and events across the UCLA campus in Los Angeles. Its three main venues, Carnesale Commons, Covel Commons and De Neve Commons, hold groups of 10 to 650 people. Carnesale Commons has the 6,700-square foot Palisades Room, which can serve as a grand ballroom or split into as many as five salons. Covel Commons offers the nearly 6,000-square foot Grand Horizon Room, divisible into seven salons, and De Neve Plaza has a 3,700-square foot Plaza Room, a 350-seat Northwest Campus Auditorium and a 430-seat Lecture Auditorium. Some unique outdoor spaces suit certain events. Complimentary Wi-Fi, audio-visual support and exclusive on-site catering come with bookings, and the Sunset Village parking structure sits next to the office. Its event coordinators plan and manage events for campus departments and university-affiliated organizations. Residential summer conferences are possible, and two on-campus hotels operate year round.
