Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver offers 584,000 square feet of exhibit space on one level, in six exhibit halls that can be used whole or divided. Meeting space includes 63 rooms totaling 100,000 square feet, plus three ballrooms: the 35,000-square-foot Four Seasons, the 50,000-square-foot Mile High and the new 80,000-square-foot Bluebird Ballroom. The Bluebird is column free and divides into configurations that include 19 meeting suites, with 35,000 square feet of pre-function space and a 20,000-square-foot outdoor terrace. The 5,000-seat Bellco Theatre hosts concerts when it is not in use for meetings, and the center runs over 250 events a year, from CEDIA Expo to the Rocky Mountain Audio Video Expo. A 772-space covered garage sits on site, though capacity is reduced during an ongoing expansion. Over 8,400 hotel rooms, 300 restaurants and the nine theatres of the Denver Performing Arts Complex are within easy walking distance. Exhibitors can order services, food and beverage, internet and audio visual online, and an interactive floor plan, online RFP and upcoming events list are posted. Public art fills the building.
