Miami Co. Fair Project Building

The Project Building at the Miami County Fairgrounds in Peru, Indiana is a 9000 square foot exhibit building with recently modernized bathrooms and an adjoining commercial kitchen. It seats approximately 300 people or 500 standing room. The fairgrounds rent their facilities for trade shows, business meetings, craft fairs, auctions, weddings and club events, and the grounds cover over 20 acres with covered outdoor awnings, livestock barns, an arena and show ring, open grass spaces, parking and campsites. A 4-H Exhibit Hall and a community building that seats up to 350 are on the same property. Catering and food service are available on request. The county fair runs June 21 to 27 in 2026.
