Dickinson Expo Center

Dickinson Expo Center is part of the Dickinson County fairgrounds at 1602 15th Street in Spirit Lake, Iowa. The rental buildings include a heated, air-conditioned hall of 5,000 square feet that seats 275 people and can be split with a folding wall into a 2,500 square foot room seating 175. The largest facility measures 80 by 200 feet, or 16,000 square feet, and seats 800, with high ceilings, electrical drops, concrete floors, overhead doors, restrooms and a kitchen, with full beverage service available. A separate sand-floor arena of 8,000 square feet has overhead doors, bleachers, heat and a kitchen for food service. Car shows are among the events suited to the large hall.
