VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center at 460 W. Western Avenue in downtown Muskegon, Michigan, has 37,700 square feet of total meeting space, including a 16,550 square foot clear span ballroom and up to 13 breakout rooms, and hosts meetings, conferences and conventions for up to 3,000 attendees. It is connected to the Delta Hotel by Marriott Muskegon Convention Center, which has 200 renovated guest rooms, and sits across the street from the Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, with another 140 guest rooms and 5,000 square feet of meeting space. Complimentary covered parking is in the adjacent garage between the center and the Delta Hotel, with access on both levels directly into the building, and surface lots surround it.
