St. Charles Convention Center

St. Charles Convention Center is a convention and event facility at 1 Convention Center Plaza in St. Charles, Missouri, managed by Oak View Group and a few minutes from St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Its Exhibit Hall is made up of two halls, North Hall and South, and the expanded space with the Junior Ballroom reaches 35,700 square feet with room for 2,500. The Grand Ballroom holds 1,000 or more, and several small meeting rooms on the lower level serve breakouts. The center is attached to an Embassy Suites by Hilton with 296 rooms, so out-of-town guests go from hotel room to meeting room without leaving the building. It offers 1,200 complimentary parking spaces and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the facility. Exhibitors can order services online or reach Exhibitor Services by email or phone, and floor plans, a calendar of events and a food and beverage team with catering managers are all available.
