The Trade Center at the Fergus County Event Center in Lewistown, Montana, is a 100 by 135 foot, 13,500 square foot clear span building with a maximum occupancy of 750. Built in 1980, it is the most used facility on the fairgrounds, typically for large meetings, banquets and receptions. The rental includes one set-up day, tables and chairs, dividers, a 24 by 20 foot lobby, serviced bathrooms, a kitchen, electricity, a sound system and parking in the main parking area. The fairgrounds at 153 Fairgrounds Road, home of the Central Montana Fair, also holds a pavilion, a grandstand arena, an ag building and an RV park.
