CHI Health Center Omaha pairs an arena with a convention center at 455 N. 10th Street in downtown Omaha, home to the Creighton Bluejays and a stop for concerts, sporting events, meetings and weddings. The convention center offers 194,000 square feet of exhibition space, over 63,000 square feet of meeting space with 16 meeting rooms, a 30,996 square foot ballroom and 79,400 square feet of pre-function space, with an expansion due by summer 2027. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the whole building, including exhibit halls and meeting rooms, backed by a fiber optic backbone. A glass-enclosed skywalk connects to the 600-room Hilton Omaha, and the venue sits 3.5 miles from Eppley Airfield. The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority manages it. Outside food and beverage are not permitted, equipment moves through freight elevators, and surface lots serve select events.
