Roswell Convention & Civic Center, in Roswell, New Mexico, has two exhibit halls that run separately or as one full hall of 15,874 square feet; the east hall measures 7,815 square feet and the west hall 8,059. The full hall seats 720 banquet style or 1,800 theater style and has booth space for 78. Meeting rooms A through D add 6,425 square feet, conference rooms A and B add 849, and the extended meeting space can be set up as four breakout rooms or one large one. A pre-function area and an on-site chef are available, and renters may also choose a caterer from an approved outside list. Rental rates run from $500 to $1,250 per event date.
