Arvest Convention Center

Arvest Convention Center is Tulsa's downtown convention venue at 100 Civic Center, 3rd Street and Houston, with over 275,000 square feet of flexible event space. The City of Tulsa owns it and Oak View Group manages it. Security, box office, dock marshals, technical services, bars, concessions and catering by OVG Hospitality are all in-house, so exhibitors can order food and beverage, electrical, internet and AV in one place. Load-in at the Pepsi Exhibit Hall uses a dock entrance at Houston Avenue and 7th Street with 12 angled loading bays and three ramps, and there is a direct load-in area to the Tulsa Ballroom and a loading ramp to the Grand Hall. The Tulsa Ballroom covers 30,060 square feet with seven adjoining meeting rooms, and the Grand Hall seats 3,744 in theater style or fits 218 10 x 10 booths. Floor plans and tech specs can be downloaded for the spaces, and an upcoming events list is posted, including the Williams Route 66 Marathon Health and Fitness Expo.
