About The Barn at Fallingwater
Originally built in 1870 as part of Tissue Farm, The Barn at Fallingwater is a rustic meeting space for weddings, exhibitions, events, meetings, lectures and retreats in Mill Run, Pennsylvania. It stands about 500 yards north of Fallingwater at the main entrance to Bear Run Nature Reserve. The Fireplace Room and Conference Room began as the dairy barn's milking parlor and now form a 1,800 square foot space that a retractable partition wall can divide. The Fireplace Room seats 36 classroom style, 50 theater style or 30 in a U-shape, the Conference Room seats 24, 35 or 18, and the two combined seat 60, 100 or 42. The Threshing Room is a 3,200 square foot seasonal space for events from May through mid-October, and its large sliding barn doors open to the outdoors for added tented space. An adjacent flagstone courtyard is available for outdoor functions. Timber frame construction and barn board walls give the interior its character. Rated 4.4 from 29 Google reviews, 15 of them five stars.
