The first floor has 76,500 square feet in two halls served by 8 covered loading docks and 2 drive-in ramps, and the second floor has 236,900 square feet in three halls with 24 loading docks and 3 drive-in ramps. Four floors hold 53 meeting rooms, including two 250-seat lecture halls, plus the 31,610 square foot Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom. Outdoor space includes the Allegheny Overlook, the South Terrace, a green roof and the rooftop North Terrace. A skywalk leads to the 614-room Westin Convention Center Hotel, and a 700-space parking garage is adjacent. From Pittsburgh International Airport, the 28X Airport Flyer bus runs into the city.
