Bastrop Convention & Exhibit

Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center is the City of Bastrop's event facility in the Historic District, a 25-minute drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The 26,000-square-foot space holds two flexible ballroom designs, four meeting rooms, two large patios and outdoor venue space, and it hosts groups of 10 to 800 guests, from board meetings to large trade shows, banquets and weddings. Fifteen rental space configurations are laid out in floor plans, with banquet seating for up to 750 and theater seating for 800. Equipment and services include a loading dock and bay door, audio/visual, Wi-Fi, a catering kitchen, a stage and a dance floor. 316 complimentary parking spots are on site, and a list of upcoming events is posted.
