The Lone Star Convention & Expo Center and Montgomery County Fairgrounds occupy 178 acres at 9055 Airport Road in Conroe, Texas, three miles from I-45. The 56,000 square foot convention center has the Bluebonnet Ballroom at 22,300 square feet, the San Jacinto Room and the Yellow Rose Rooms, and it handles conferences, weddings and trade shows. The Lone Star Expo Center is a 111,000 square foot covered open-air arena with seating for 5,000 or more, a 42,328 square foot covered pavilion adds outdoor room, and a 45,000 square foot multi-use building serves exhibits. The grounds also hold 112 horse stalls and 110 acres of open space, and the Montgomery County Fair is held here. Spectrum Catering provides in-house food service.
