About Baird Center

Baird Center anchors downtown Milwaukee with 300,000 contiguous square feet of exhibition space and 52 meeting rooms, part of a 1.3 million square foot building that finished a major expansion and modernization in 2024. The rooftop Baird Ballroom and the Baird Sky View Terrace give planners two upper-level spaces, one of them open air. It hosts trade and consumer shows, conventions, meetings, weddings and banquets, and an event calendar shows what is coming up. Exhibitors can order booth services through an Exhibitor Store, use the loading docks for load-in and load-out, and rely on Wi-Fi, while floor plans and maps cover each level. Levy Restaurants provides exclusive in-house catering. An onsite garage with 300 spots has entrances at 500 W. Wells St. and 501 W. Kilbourn Ave., and two hotels connect to the building. General Mitchell International Airport is 15 minutes away. Rated 4.5 from 2,082 Google reviews, 1,303 of them five stars.
